We provide 6-week group class sessions designed to enhance athletes' skills. A new class schedule is released at the end of each session. Athletes must register each session - no auto enrollments.

NO CLASS REQUIREMENTS
CLASS DESCRIPTION:
Our Cheer 101 class is the perfect introductory level class for athletes who have the desire to learn about cheerleading and need to start at the most basic level. The purpose of this class is for athletes to become more acclimated to the sport and to learn the proper technique behind cheering.
Athletes will stunt & tumble every week for the majority of class and will also rotate between working on dance, jumps, conditioning & motion technique each week. This class is great preparation for any kind of school cheerleading and for our own All Star Cheer programs.

CLASS DESCRIPTION:
Our Hip Hop 101 class is the perfect introductory level class for kids who want to learn about Dance and need to start at the most basic level. The purpose of this class is for kids to get more acclimated to the sport and to learn the proper technique behind Hip Hop. This class prepares for any kind of school dance team and our own All Star Dance programs. Athletes will rotate between working on learning dances, freeze poses, and tricks each week.

CLASS DESCRIPTION:
This class goes through a variety of stretches and exercises to improve flexibility. Athletes will receive guidance on how to achieve the splits. Recommended for all athletes who are flyers or are interested in flying.

CLASS DESCRIPTION:
This class focuses on perfecting jump techniques, including toe touches, hurdlers, pikes, and double jumps, while also strengthening key muscles. Designed to enhance precision and power, it provides targeted conditioning to improve performance and reduce injury risk.

The focus of this class is to provide athletes with the knowledge of hip hop tricking and freeze poses.
Athletes will learn to master skills required for our ASA Elite Hip Hop teams that are used in our competition routines.
We provide tumbling classes for intro-level 4. Click on each level to explore the required skills and the goals for each class.
NO CLASS REQUIREMENTS
CLASS DESCRIPTION:
This class is designed for beginner tumblers looking to learn the fundamentals of tumbling technique.
Athletes will be introduced to basic tumbling skills such as handstands, bridges, forward/backward rolls, cartwheels, round-offs, as well as proper technique and body awareness to safely execute each skill set.
Coaches will condition athletes to help develop and advance each specific skill.
CLASS REQUIREMENTS:
Athletes in this class should already have the fundamentals of tumbling.
Athletes should be able to properly execute a handstand, cartwheel, and have the basic understanding of a round-off.
CLASS DESCRIPTION:
The focus of this class will be to perfect front & back walkovers and Level 1 appropriate combo passes.
CLASS REQUIREMENTS:
Athletes must have a front and back walkover.
CLASS DESCRIPTION:
The focus of this class will be to perfect back and front handsprings and Level 2 combo passes
CLASS REQUIREMENTS:
Athletes must have a strong round-off backhandspring to enroll in this class.
CLASS DESCRIPTION:
The focus of this class will be to perfect Level 3 skills and combo passes.
CLASS REQUIREMENTS:
Athletes must have a strong standing and running back handspring to enroll in this class.
CLASS DESCRIPTION:
The focus of this class will be to perfect back and front tucks and Level 3 & 4 combo passes.
CLASS REQUIREMENTS:
Athletes must have a strong round-off tuck to enroll in this class.
CLASS DESCRIPTION:
The focus of this class will be to perfect Level 4 skills and combo passes.
