Complete the Registration form

The Registration Form will ask for general information about your athlete, so that we can get to know more about them and their goals for the season!

Within this form, you will find the 2024-2025 Team Information Packet (also linked above). This packet contains all information pertaining to our teams, explains your responsibilities and commitments as an athlete and parent/guardian, and outlines the entire season!

Sign the guardian & athlete agreement

At the end of the Registration Form (step 2), you will sign and submit the ASA 24-25 Season Guardian and Athlete Agreement. Again, this step is mandatory, and your athlete's enrollment will be considered incomplete without it. It is linked here in case you missed it!
