Novice Cheer caters to those who are just starting their journey in All Stars but are eager to join performance-based teams that are assessed during events. Novice teams perform to earn scores but do not compete against other programs. Their main emphasis is on enhancing technique and performance skills, which are essential for preparing athletes for competitive All Star teams.

Prep Cheer is for individuals with limited tumbling ability who want to strengthen their technique and performance skills in a competitive team atmosphere.  Prep teams require less time and financial commitments than Elite teams.

Elite Cheer is designed for athletes ready to train and compete at the highest level. Most Elite athletes have completed at least one season on a prep team before advancing to an Elite team. These athletes are expected to maintain excellent attendance and prioritize their cheer commitments. Elite teams typically consist of the most dedicated and experienced athletes in the gym.
